Introduction:

The sheet of tofu are stuffed with minced fish meat and cuttlefish, seasoned with onion and steamed to perfection. A really yummy fish tofu bun that delivers in flavour and juiciness and allows both the fish meat and cuttlefish flavor to sing.

Instruction:

Hot-pot

1.Place fish tofu bun in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and frozen meat balls should be cooked for at least 10 mins. until they are tender.

2.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove themfrom the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.

Steamed

1.Set up a steamer over a pan of simmering water.

2.Place the fish tofubun on a heatproof plate or other surface that can fit into the steamer, then steam over a high heat for 10 minutes.

3.Dip them in a sauce before eating.
