Introduction:

Talking about Chaoshan’s food, beef balls are generally the most well known food. Handmade beef balls are tasty and refreshing. Freshasia have seasoned the beef gently with only a few ingredients, every one of them enhancing the meat flavour even more.

Instruction:

Hot-pot

1.Place beef balls in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and frozen meat balls should be cooked for at least 10 mins. until they are tender.

2.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove themfrom the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.

Soup

1.Stewbeef broth in a pot and bring to a rolling boil. Add grated ginger. Add beef balls and cook until they float to the surface.

2.Serve, garnished with coriander.
