I am a finely ground powder made entirely of dried spinach. You can add me to your detox juices like smoothies and green juices. I am delicious in stir-fries, soups, stews, dressings, sauces and dips. I add flavour but more importantly color to your recipes, try me in your fresh pasta to give it a dark green color and a subtle spinach taste. I also go well with noodles, bread dough and even crazier, muffins.

I am an excellent source of protein, fiber, antioxidants and minerals.
