This 100% Syrah red wine from Northern Rhone (France) is powerful, concentrated and full-bodied. It has flavors of black cherries, coffee and pepper. When young, this wine is crunchy and zippy but softens and mellows with age. Perfect with cassoulet or beef short ribs.
