I m your multi-layered one-step seasoning to experience a full-flavoured Butter Chicken or Makhani Murgh! Be cautious about who gets to taste it, because you may be unintentionally poaching customers from that restaurant you used to visit!
1. In a large bottom pot, melt a generous amount of butter over medium heat. Add seasoned diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add 1-2 tbsp tomato paste, more Butter Chicken seasoning and some chicken stock (2 tbsp per cup of liquid) and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in cooking cream (15%) and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread. Enjoy!
