Description

I am delicious, I am sweet, and I have an inviting aroma.
When ground, I have a very fine and spicy taste, reminiscent of eucalyptus or bergamot. I lend myself to many types of cuisines, such as drinks, soups, sauces, meats, or desserts (fruit salads, compotes, ice cream, cakes and pastries). I am most commonly found in Indian and Middle Eastern spice blends.
I can relieve stomach pain and facilitate digestion by stimulating the bile.
