Native from Jamaica, I m a special chili pepper that evokes a blend of aromas reminiscent of nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.

Also known as sweet pepper, I am very common in Middle-Eastern as well as Mexican, Jamaican and Caribbean cuisines. My distinct floral aroma adds tons of flavour to your dishes.

Try me in rice and peas; add me to desserts such as cookies, cakes or fruit pies, as well as in savoury jerk chicken.
