My flavor is sharp and slightly peppery, reminiscent of thyme. I add a touch of WOW to your meats like pork or poultry stews, mashed potatoes and vegetables like cabbage. I make legumes easier to digest, so feel free to flavor your legume dishes like lentil soups and bean stews.
