Description

Considered as a herb more than a spice, commonly found in European and Asian foods. The leaves have a sweet, grassy flavour, where as the Dill seeds are so much more aromatic, with a hint of citrus flavour similar to the Caraway seed.

Dill is commonly used to punch up the flavour for a variety of dishes.
