Limeburners Single Malt Whisky is created at the Great Southern Distilling Company s boutique distillery, nestled on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, Western Australia. This location was specially selected for its pristine surroundings: clean air, and pure water, complemented by premium locally grown barley.

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is evident in each batch, meticulously distilled using our small-batch copper pot stills. The whisky is then aged in carefully selected oak casks, a process that imparts rich colour, captivating aroma, and an intense depth of flavour, before being bottled with care.
