Introduction:

Pork balls are a traditional Quanzhou cuisine. They can be braised in soy sauce, boiled in clear soup or fried etc. Finished pork balls are mellow, juicy, fresh,tender and tasty.

Instruction:

Hot-pot

1.Place pork balls in the broth to cook. The broth should be kept at a rolling boil, and frozen meat balls should be cooked for at least 10 mins. until they are tender.

2.Use a slotted spoon or chopsticks to remove themfrom the broth and dip them in a sauce before eating.

Soup

1.Stew water in a pot and bring to a rolling boil. Add pork balls and favorite vegetables and cook until they float to the surface.

2.Serve, add some salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion .
